Ikea Lisabo desk in our livingroom

IMG_5931

Oh how I love to change stuff in and around the house! Or – in my current pregnant state – simply tell my husband to do it for me :-) I figured this Ikea Lisabo desk would look good in our livingroom as well.

It used to be in our bedroom, see blogpost here. And while I love it there I thought it would be nice to see what it looked like in our livingroom and I really like it!

The couch moved into the bay window again and so this space opened up. It gives me a nice space to work (writing this blogpost off course at this very spot!) and since the design of this Ikea Lisabo desk is so minimal, the livingroom still feels very airy.

And there you have the full picture :)

I really really love our couch in the bay window (as opposed to this setting) because it opens up the rest of the livingroom. It gives us a lot more ways to use our livingroom. Once the baby arrives the vintage bench on the right will be replaced by a playpen but for now it’s nice to enjoy a baby-free livingroom, if you catch my drift!

The 50×70 print on the wall is called “Room with a View” and available via The Poster Club. Sarah from the beautiful interior blog Coco Lapine designed it and it’s without a doubt my favorite print in the house.

Thank you for reading and have a great day!
