If you are a frequent follower of my blog, you’re used to seeing my bedroom like you see in the picture above. A white or lightgrey duvet cover, which makes the room feel very serene. But this time I wanted to show you the effect a duvet cover can have. A small change with a big effect.
And there it is! A bright pink cover makes all the difference. I can feel summer coming, when seeing this duvet.
I do add a white plaid though. It’s a great way to cover up a not-so-pretty bed, but also a way to make sure the duvet doesn’t stand on it’s own. In the picture above, I feel it’s a bit out of place. You could solve this problem by adding more of this bright pink to the room, but for me that would be too much.
So a white plaid to make sure it fits the rest of the room. If you’re into changing your interior often but don’t have the money to keep buying new stuff, this is the way to go. Just buy two completely different duvet covers, so you can change it as often as you’d like. Have fun! :)
