Well hello there beautiful lobster in my kitchen! I can finally show you the new kitchen accessory I’ve been planning for some time now. I came across this new brand deJouwe a few months ago, when I met them at an event I was attending. They sell all kinds of wall deco but when I saw their lobster design I knew I had to have it. I knew it would be such a perfect perfect match for our kitchen with the brick wall!
A while ago I removed the IXXI that was hanging here. It was beautiful, but after a few years I had seen enough of it and was looking for something new to hang there. This wall was way too empty for my liking! I painted our kitchen pink and therefor I also felt it also needed a little more contrast! So the white/red lobster was perfect, I knew that. Love at first sight, you could say :)
This is a wall sticker that is very easy to put on your wall. I love that the shape is asymmetrical and you can use any design, shape or size you prefer. This way I could make it big enough to fit this wall, as I like big statements. I am so happy with it!
Our kitchen just feels so put together right now, with the whites, the brick wall and some black accents. Do you think we should get a name for our new house pet? I was thinking about John, John the Lobster. Either way, I am in love with it! What do you think?
