Without a doubt the most famous high chair for kids: the Stokke Tripp Trapp. I don’t think there is anyone in the (Western) world with kids that doesn’t know this chair. And while at first I thought about getting a white one (old habits die hard..) I decided to go for pink. And it’s such a beautiful shade of pink that fits our house perfectly!
The Stokke Tripp Trapp is a chair that allows your child to use it from birth to well, forever. They have several accessories for this, first a newborn set to allow your small baby to sit with you on the table. Later you replace this with a baby set. You can use the baby set from the moment your baby can sit by itself and we use it now with our daughter of 7 months. I’ve added a pillow set for comfort. And I went crazy and chose another shade of pink but I think they look really good together. They have a lot of options so don’t worry, there is a more neutral option for you as well :)
So what do you know: pink on pink on pink!
I’m thinking about getting this chair engraved, Stokke offers this service for free. Such a great way to personalize this item and I think kids love this as well! I’m thinking about simply adding her (full) name, at 7 months along I still love seeing her name written anywhere. Did you know this engraving option yet?
I think this chair matches our interior perfectly and I really love this bold statement we now have at our dining table. Pink is a color that is always present in our home. It matches the Muuto Elevated vase on our table and there is always at least one pink pillow on our couch.
