Kringloopvondst!

Het is weer tijd voor een aanvulling in de rubriek kringloopvondst, want na heel lang zoeken heb ik een gaaf schoolstoeltje gekocht! Ik was al een tijdje op zoek naar zo’n soort model, het liefst op één poot. Ik hou van verschillende stoelen aan de eettafel (zie artikel daarover hier) en vind het dan het leukst als ze niet allemaal hetzelfde type poten hebben. Het is me dus gelukt zo’n stoeltje te vinden!

Nu zit ik wel heel erg te twijfelen wat ik ermee zal doen, ik vind namelijk deze houtkleur niet bij de rest van ons huis passen. Kun jij mij tips geven hoe ik dit stoeltje leuk kan opknappen? Laat dan een berichtje achter, alvast bedankt!

Deze foto zette ik gisteren op Instagram, ook een kringloopvondst. Het is een kalender, waarbij je de rode vakjes kunt verplaatsen naar de juiste cijfers. Het zag er zo bijzonder uit, die kon ik niet laten liggen.

Today I have some additions to the column “thrift shop finds”. I love browsing local thrift shops, sometimes I’m lucky, other times I see nothing I like. I was searching for a chair like this for a while, I preferred the model on one leg. I found one! Now I’m doubting what to do with it, because I think the color of the wood doesn’t match the rest of our house. Do you have any ideas how to change the chair to fit our house? The last picture I also bought at the thrift shop, it’s a calendar and you can move the red squares to the correct date. It looked so cool, I had to buy it.
