We all try to play our part in trying to make the world a better place – at least I do. So when the company Sukhi asked me to blog about their products, I didn’t hesitate. I would love to tell you all about the great cause this company works on!
Sukhi offers felt rugs, and all rugs are handmade by a team of professionals in Nepal. They work in local shops and earn a reasonable salary for it, which is usually 2 or 3 times as much as average! By only producing handmade products, each rug is not only pretty, but also 100% unique. Isn’t that great? If you’re interested in the whole story (including a video), read HERE.
I received a small rug where I chose the colors white and beige, since those colors are so easy to combine. Yesterday I bought a new vase from Serax, made from paperpulp. It’s a perfect match, especially with some greens and bright flowers.
When choosing a rug, you can pick from one of the examples, but you can only design your own, like I did. For some inspiration on what others chose, click HERE.
I hope you enjoyed reading this, have a great day!
